2019 Europe-China Cooperation Conference on Membrane Industrial Technology Innovation (hereinafter referred to as conference ) was held in Weihai city on July 9. This is the 16th consecutive year that the city has held the Conference.
The conference is jointly sponsored by Shandong Science and Technology Department, Weihai Municipal People's Government, China Membrane Industry Association and European Membrane Society. It is the only international conference in the field of membrane technology in China, and it is also the international science and technology cooperation brand activity of Shandong province. Through this series of conferences, China has established friendly and cooperative relations with many foreign membrane technology and related experts from Italy, Czech Republic, Portugal, Russia and other countries, forming a good resource agglomeration effect.
This year, with the theme of “Integrating innovative resources and promoting the development of membrane power”, the conference invited 8 foreign professors and experts in the field of membrane technology, more than 50 domestic experts and more than 160 business representatives from universities and research institutions. At the meeting, they made special reports, technology exchanges and cooperation negotiations around the application of membrane technology in water treatment-zero discharge of industrial wastewater.
The conference was very successfully, which shows that membrane technology has large potential marketing and China is also the main force to explore it.
